Project Admin Executive

We are looking for a Project Admin to provide administrative and coordination support for our projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for project teams, including document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related materials.
  • Handle procurement of project materials and liaise with suppliers.
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking for projects.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project administration or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously.
