Job Description & Requirements

  • Act as the main point of contact between the project team and the project site
  • Ensure that all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the project team, site management, and upper management
  • Coordinate with site personnel to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other project-related documentation
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, site personnel, upper management, and other stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and ensure that all project files are up-to-date and accessible
  • Develop and implement project policies and procedures as needed
  • Ensure that all project-related activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Provide administrative support to the project team and upper management as needed

Tasks

  • Schedule and attend project meetings
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to attendees, including upper management
  • Draft and distribute project-related communications (e.g., progress reports, status updates) to upper management
  • Coordinate and track project-related expenses and invoices, and provide regular reports to upper management
  • Develop and maintain project-related databases and other tools, and provide access to upper management as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members and upper management
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist upper management with any other tasks or projects as needed
