Project Administrator/Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers.
- Prepare quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Track project progress, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate site access, permits, safety documents, and visitor clearances.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain project records, drawings, service reports, and handover documents.
- Assist in administrative billing, and project tracking.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and filed according to company procedures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in construction, telecommunications, or engineering projects is an advantage.
