Project Administrator/Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track project progress, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate site access, permits, safety documents, and visitor clearances.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain project records, drawings, service reports, and handover documents.
  • Assist in administrative billing, and project tracking.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and filed according to company procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in construction, telecommunications, or engineering projects is an advantage.
