Project Coordination & Administration<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Support the planning and execution of retail projects (store\n openings, revamps, relocations and ad hoc projects)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and trackers<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and\n minutes<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with project reporting and status updates<\/span><\/span>

    Procurement & Supplier Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors for approval<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Raise purchase orders and track orders for project\-related items\n (fixtures, fittings, signage, etc.)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and\n services<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Documentation & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Maintain organised project documentation (contracts, permits,\n plans, approvals)<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Assist with submissions to shopping centres, landlords, and local\n authorities<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ensure all compliance requirements are tracked and met (permits,\n contractor documentation, etc.)<\/span><\/span>

        Financial & Budget Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditure<\/span><\/span>

        • Maintain cost trackers and highlight variances<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Ensure invoices are captured and submitted for processing<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          <\/p>

          Stakeholder Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Support with coordination between internal teams, contractors,\n and suppliers<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Communicate updates, requirements, and timelines to relevant\n stakeholders<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Operational & Store Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Assist with coordination of store readiness for openings and\n campaigns<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Assist with ad hoc operational and project\-related tasks as\n required<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Requirements<\/h3>
              • Grade 12 (essential)<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Relevant diploma/qualification in Project Administration,\n Business Administration, or similar (advantageous)<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • 1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in an administrative support role<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Exposure to retail or store development environments\n (advantageous)<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Valid driver\u2019s license and own transport (advantageous)<\/span><\/span>
