iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, development and execution of the Supply Chain projects and to steer the continuous improvement (‘Business excellence’) within SC teams – In full alignment with the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence Continuous Improvement & Sustainability Strategy (priority focus : GenMed BU).
- Business partnering between GSC Strategy & Excellence (CoE’s) and SC BU team (priority focus : GenMed BU), CoE to ensure best practice and right improvements are captured in the community of practice across GSC.
- Responsible for planning, development and execution of the key/strategic Global projects impacting business to meet Overall Sanofi and M&S goals and to meet the Supply Chain goals:
- Setting quality standards and carrying out quality controls during the project.
- Management of project implementation in collaboration with Project teams and Global resources.
- Transparent & Standard reporting system for progress tracking.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time within budget.
- Continuous Value tracking.
- Responsible for the SC GenMed project portfolio management:
- Prioritization & optimization of programs & projects pipeline.
- Cross-program risk management & dependencies.
- Business excellence:
- Expertise & Know-How.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to improve Supply Chain Performance.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost savings opportunities, and other initiatives that will drive business excellence within the supply chain organization.
- Consolidate the gaps, needs, requirements and technical issues to support SC GenMed team.
- Support training needs, capabilities levers & process maturity for SC team.
- Supports regional strategy development, and its translation to innovation projects that create value.
- Support other BU than GenMed on dedicated activities in the full respect of the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence Road Map.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience in supply chain management (E2E, supply chain planning, operations, inventory, MDM…), Supply chain process improvement / operational excellence experience, people leadership, in conducting improvement initiatives, working in transversal project Management and multicultural environment.
Soft and technical skills:
- Transversal management abilities to keep the involved teams motivated and focused on project goals and deliverables.
- Result-orientation, problem-solving attitude and a “getting things done” mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively work in a matrix, multi-cultural, global organization.
- Project management skills, with experience in evolving within projects from initiation to completion.
- Knowledge of General medicines portfolio and General Medicines Manufacturing & Supply processes is considered as an asset.
- Broad understanding of the technology context and its implication on business.
- E2E and Kinaxis system knowledge.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or in a related field.
- APICS certificate is considered an asset.
Languages:
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset.
