<\/span><\/p>The\nProject Associate is a crucial role in fostering a successful partnership with\nthe Government of Madhya Pradesh and achieving the strategic objective of\nPeepul to enhance the quality of education in India's public school system. The\nProject Associate will lead and execute initiatives independently<\/b>, focusing on\nsupporting and holding teachers and academic officials accountable. <\/span><\/h3>- Create\nand curate Science\u2013specific educational content,<\/b> including training\nsession plans, teaching modules, scripts, schema, lesson plans, and other\nrelevant resources for teachers in the government school system.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure\nthat all Science content is contextualized to the government school\nenvironment and supports classroom implementation.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>- Stay\nupdated on the latest trends, resources, and pedagogical innovations in Science education and apply innovative approaches to enhance teacher engagement<\/b> and learning outcomes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Create\ndocumented reports of project/training implementations, design forms, and\nprepare decks for Science\u2013related events and training.<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/li>- Develop\nStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/b> to institutionalize processes and ensure\nthe quality of Science interventions.<\/span><\/span>
