PROJECT BUYER
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the RFQ process with Commodity Buyers’ supplier panels.
- Receive, analyze and present Sourcing recommendations.
- Support the development and maintenance of key panel supplier relationships. Enforce group and local conditions as required.
- Support research on proposals for cost optimization actions.
- Track group purchasing savings and VA/VE actions and report in the Ivalua system.
- Interact with accountancy (price gap on invoices, price adjustments, etc.)
- Support the management of the end-of-life for components.
- Interact with corporate purchasing group to complete global requirements in North America.
- Ensure the conformity / validity of purchasing data recorded in ERP and reported in Ivalua.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain management.
- 2 years' experience as Project Buyer
- 3 years' experience within Automotive Market
- +3 years stability each Company (in average)
- Negotiation Skill
- English Level Advance
