Project Control Manager - Building Services System
- Work with Design Contractor to translate technical requirements into engineering deliverables
- Prepare and manage User Requirement Specifications (URSs) ensuring GMP/GEP/SHE compliance
- Review all key documentation: drawings, calculations, Hazard Area Classification, IPS/SIS, trip & alarm
- Review and approve FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ protocols as required
- Review enquiry specifications, support bid evaluation, and contribute to supplier/contractor selection
- Attend pre-FATs, FATs, mechanical completion inspections, SATs
- Provide technical support to C&Q (Commissioning & Qualification) activities
- Lead timely URS review and approval with customer team
Core Systems
- Building Services: BMS/EMS, Security Systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS), Voice/Data & Communications
- SHE Critical: Hazard Area Classification, IPS/SIS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BMS/EMS, security systems, or industrial control systems in pharmaceutical projects
- Familiar with SHE critical systems (Hazard Area Classification, IPS/SIS)
- Knowledge of FAT/SAT, DQ/IQ/OQ, and C&Q processes, and GMP, GEP, and SHE requirements
- Experience reviewing engineering documentation (drawings, calculations, protocols)
- Strong communication skills and good command of English for technical document reading and writing
