Project Controller- SEA & Pacific

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, revenue, and overall project performance

  • Prepare and maintain project financial reports, accruals, forecasts, and performance analysis

  • Manage client invoicing activities, including billing preparation, submission, tracking, and coordination of payment follow-ups

  • Support project managers in tracking project progress, deliverables, risks, and commercial performance

  • Ensure billing, revenue recognition, and project activities align with contractual terms and company processes

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting data throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve project, billing, or reporting issues in a timely manner

  • Contribute to process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and overall project control activities to support successful project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field

  • Experience in project coordination, project controls, commercial support, or project finance

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Proficient in Excel and project reporting tools

  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in project-based environments such as consulting, engineering or construction is an advantage.
