PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible to create project, proposal, purchase requisition, material reservation and invoicing.
  • Responsible to upload the final documented engineering template and timely complete the projects capitalization & close the projects based on project status.
  • Perform due diligence to the project related requests daily to ensure all mandatory information provided are filled in accurately.
  • Frequent interaction with the project engineers to clarify the requirement of the project structure
  • Provide support to ensure administrative task are properly recorded and tracked in the system, including projects budget, schedule, etc) and report regularly on project status
  • Monitoring the project progress status on monthly basis and provide status to the project managers and Customer Engineering teams
  • Comply to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established within the team & KPI set during beginning of every fiscal year
  • Any ad-hoc duties that assigned by her/his superior as deemed necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, and/or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years related experience are encouraged to apply; working experience in shared services organization will be an added advantage
  • Must be willing to work on a shift basis depending on the region supported
  • Attentive to detail, prioritization and having self-initiative and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Possess good communication skills and being able to convince/ negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience in SAP Project System (PS) Module will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and able to speak Chinese is an advantage
