Project Coordinator

Location: Denver, CO

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, on site

In this role, you’ll support residential and commercial customers who have experienced property damage from water, fire, mold, or other unexpected events. You’ll help guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and help manage projects from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate and complete job files, documentation, and data in company systems
  • Communicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to provide updates and support
  • Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and system communications, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, program requirements, and service level agreements
  • Track job progress, schedules, and status updates, keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Assist with project setup, documentation review, invoicing, and project closeout
  • Support collections and coordinate with accounting, customers, and insurance carriers as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and partners, providing professional and empathetic service
  • Assist with intake calls, vendor coordination, and general office support as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, audits, and performance tracking
  • Support team workload during busy periods, including occasional after-hours assistance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • 1 – 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
