Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Validate inspectors’ qualifications and ensure timely registration within company systems.
- Ensure inspectors are fully briefed prior to assignments and adhere to client-specific procedures and instructions.
- Review inspection reports to verify compliance with required procedures before submission to clients.
- Interpret and apply contractual terms and conditions to support project execution and compliance.
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and inspectors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor inspectors’ schedules, activities, and performance, and maintain accurate documentation for assigned projects.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for assigned projects, highlighting key variances and risks.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Finance and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, process, and track purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and tax documentation.
- Handle financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and receiving activities.
- Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare summary financial reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience aligned with the role’s responsibilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required.
- Strong interpersonal presence with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
