Project Coordinator/Executive
- Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations
- Track and manage project risks and opportunities
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all materials are up to date
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Minimum Requirements
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome
3. Good Attitude to learn
