Project Coordinator/Executive

  • Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and information
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations
  • Track and manage project risks and opportunities
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all materials are up to date
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2. Fresh Graduates are welcome

3. Good Attitude to learn
