Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Manage production fabrication to meet installation date
  • Send & fetch workers to job site using lorry provided by company (optional)
  • Meet installation schedule
  • Allocate manpower for installation & production
  • Collection / delivery of material to supplier
  • Attend to site complaint & rectify
  • Liaise with client for installation
  • Prepare SIC documents to client
  • Attend site meeting and inspection in construction site
  • Supervise workers in construction site
  • Liaise for small projects including site measurements. Advise office to site measurements.
  • Manage worker particulars like WP, SOC etc

Requirements

  • Willing to work in Tuas and on Saturdays
  • Class 2 or Class 3 licence
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
