Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our production operations and office administration functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team, assist in online quality control (QC) activities for clients, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily production activities to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Assist in conducting online Quality Control (QC) checks and monitoring production quality requirements for clients.

  • Liaise with the production team to facilitate smooth communication and workflow coordination.

  • Support project progress tracking and prepare basic reports when required.

  • Assist the Office Manager with administrative duties and documentation.

  • Organize, maintain, and update company records, files, and paperwork.

  • Ensure proper filing and document management for operational and compliance purposes.

  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as required.

Working Scope

  • 80% Production Coordination and Client QC Support

  • 20% Administrative and Documentation Support
