Project Coordinator

Description

This is an expert role that provides project planning and coordination expertise and support to the Global Early Development team in support of avelumab combination program; leads the operational execution of functional project strategies within the scope of the (sub-) projects assigned to.

Tasks:

· Provide project management and coordination expertise to team Lead and Project Sub-Teams;

· Ensures quality, accuracy and maintenance of core project information systems and databases in compliance with internal policies and procedures;

· Creation of project plans (e.g. Gantt charts, critical path representations, etc);

· Develop, monitor and track project tasks, budget and timelines; provide team with early warnings on variances and support definition of mitigation actions;

· Participate in project team meetings and consolidating output to ensure effective project progression;

· Responsible for compilation, follow-up and maintenance of action item lists ensuring quality and timeliness of project objectives and deliverables;

· Organize and coordinate team meetings events including logistical aspects;

· Interact with external vendors, parties and partners to ensure collaborations with third parties run efficiently;

· Plan and track the direct and indirect budgets and expenses.

Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor's degree in Science and commercial degree, preferably in Project Management

· Experience in various aspects of drug development process

· Several years of work experience, with exposure to or experience working with or on global and/or matrixed project teams.

· Experience in developing social media and inter, intra-net based communication channels.

· Good organizational and coordination skills are mandatory, pro-activity and strong time management competencies are required;

· Experience in working with MS-Project

· Adaptability and flexibility to switch between projects and priorities.
