Position Overview:<\/b>

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning,\nexecution, and delivery of technology projects within the organization. This\nrole ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget by\ncoordinating people, resources, and processes. The ideal candidate is\ndetail\-oriented, organized, and skilled in project documentation, stakeholder\ncommunication, and basic technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate and support IT\nproject planning, execution, and delivery.
<\/span>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist project managers in\ncreating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
<\/span>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track project progress,\nidentify potential issues, and report to project managers.
<\/span>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate meetings,\ncommunications, and documentation for IT projects.
<\/span>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with IT\npolicies, procedures, and standards.
<\/span>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with\nstakeholders, team members, and vendors.
<\/span>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage project\ndocumentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.<\/span><\/div>

    Requirements<\/h3>

      Required Criteria and Skills:<\/b>
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Saudi National<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • 1\-3 years of experience in IT project coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong understanding of IT implementations (cybersecurity, network, ITAM)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Proficiency in ZOHO Projects and Microsoft Project<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Excellent communication skills in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Arabic and English<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong organizational and stakeholder\u2011management abilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of project\nmanagement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
