Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
- Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
- Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
- Production delivery information / coordination
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
- Ability to solve problems logically.
- Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
- Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.
- Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
- Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)
Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -
- Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
- Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
