• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
• Monitor timelines, construction progress, and critical path activities
• Manage client relations, consultants, and government stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end project execution for large-scale construction (from inception to completion)
• Drive site performance, quality control, and risk management
• Ensure safety compliance and lead incident investigations
• Mentor and evaluate site team performance with clear KPIs
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental standards
