🎓 Requirement: Master’s + 10+ years humanitarian leadership experience
🌍 Scope: Multi-sector emergency programs (WASH, Health, Nutrition, Protection, Cash, Shelter, Education)
🧭 Key Duties: Strategic leadership, donor & government coordination, consortium/partner management, budgeting, risk & compliance oversight
