Project Document Controller
You will play a key role in supporting project execution by ensuring all project documentation is accurate, well-organized, and properly controlled. This includes managing engineering drawings, tracking document revisions, and coordinating work order approvals to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, update, and maintain all project drawings and technical documentation
- Control document versions and ensure the latest revisions are properly distributed
- Assist in preparing and signing work orders and related project forms
- Support daily project administrative and coordination tasks
- Liaise with engineers and site teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Singaporean or PR
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
