Project Engineer (Air Conditioning)

📍 Work Location: Woodlands (10 minutes walk from Admiralty MRT)

🕘Work Hour: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5.5-day work week)

💰 Salary: Basic up to $ 3,500 per month + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Support

Job Description

• Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating air conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects
• Monitor site progress, materials usage, and equipment deployment
• Study and interpret technical drawings, plans and project specifications
• Prepare material samples, shop drawings and monthly progress claims
• Perform technical calculations for cooling loads, equipment sizing and electrical requirements
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Attend site meetings and technical discussions
• Maintain project documentation according to company standards
• Support multiple ACMV projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
