PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Summary

You will lead project planning, supervision, and coordination to ensure timely, quality construction outcomes while complying with safety, environmental, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review project specifications and resolve technical clarifications to ensure accurate project execution
  • Prepare method statements and identify drawing discrepancies to support construction planning
  • Plan projects by designing workflows, requisitioning materials, controlling costs, and documenting progress
  • Supervise construction works and coordinate technical matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project schedules to achieve timely and smooth progress of construction activities
  • Ensure construction quality meets standards and enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Verify that all project activities adhere to the Company’s ISO management system requirements

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project supervision
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board
  • Experience supervising HDB projects, building, or warehouse construction
