Job Summary:

  • This position - Project Engineer – Digital Technology & Infrastructure is for NEOM Green Hydrogen Project for the end-to-end field execution delivery of digital technology systems and supporting infrastructure across Green Hydrogen Element. This role ensures the bridging of Air Products Digital Technology group, applications group, and infrastructure delivery are aligned to Project Delivery Organizations EPC scope and delivery for the project EPC contract with NEOM Green Hydrogen Company.
  • This will be part of Air Products Team but will be hired through a 3rd party manpower supply company. This role is based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia working on 8 Weeks ON and 2 Weeks OFF rotation.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan, collaborate, coordinate with the Digital Technology team onsite and remote teams for IT/OT infrastructure, DMZ and application packages
  • Coordinate engineering, construction, completions, commissioning, project controls team for interfaces and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Support DT site manager in the coordination of vendors and contractors delivering digital systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines
  • Coordinate the execution of testing, and validation of digital systems during FAT, SAT, and commissioning stages with relevant site teams (of PDO)
  • Collaborate with process, control, and operations teams to align digital solutions with plant requirements and operational workflows.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues related to digital scope; proactively resolve integration challenges.
  • Track compliance with Air Products and KSA cybersecurity of DT scope, data governance, and IT/OT standards.
  • Support documentation, coordination meetings internally and with NGHC as required to fulfill EPC contract obligations
