Project Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

Company Profile:

Julian Grey’s client is an established company in the commercial renovation, interior fit-out, and building works industry.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager or Project Director in planning, monitoring and executing assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
Prepare project progress updates, reports, schedules and manpower or equipment planning requirements.
Coordinate site activities with supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, documentation and site progress, and highlight issues that may affect cost, quality or timeline.
Support the review of project scope, specifications, drawings and tender documents.
Ensure site works comply with quality, safety, regulatory and project specifications.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
Able to read drawings and tender documents, with working knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant design/software tools.
