Bachelor\u2019s\nDegree in Engineering.<\/span><\/span> Master\u2019s\nDegree , PMP or Chartered/Prof. Engr(PEng) status is added advantage<\/span><\/span> 10 to 18 years of total experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> in the Oil & Gas, Refining, or Petrochemical\nindustry.<\/span><\/span> Minimum 5+ years<\/span><\/span><\/b> of direct experience working within a major EPC/EPCM execution\nframework <\/b>and complete life cycle of project is preferred<\/span><\/span> Proven\ntrack record of successfully delivering large\-scale, multi\-million dollar\nupstream, midstream, or downstream projects.<\/span><\/span> Lead cross\-functional engineering teams (Process,\nMechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil/Structural) to ensure\ncohesive project execution.<\/span><\/span> Manage inter\-disciplinary interfaces and resolve\ntechnical conflicts to maintain design consistency and schedule alignment.<\/span><\/span> Enforce compliance with international codes,\nstandards and company/project\-specific specifications.<\/span><\/span> Oversee technical reviews, including HAZOP, HAZID,\nSIL, and 3D model reviews at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stages.<\/span><\/span> Serve as the primary technical point of contact for\nthe client, building strong, transparent, and collaborative relationships.<\/span><\/span> Manage client expectations regarding technical\ndeliverables, project schedule, and scope changes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead technical progress meetings, presentations,\nand project stage\-gate reviews with client management teams.<\/span><\/span> Negotiate and resolve technical queries (TQs) and\ndeviation requests raised by the client.<\/span><\/span> Drive the procurement engineering lifecycle,\nincluding the preparation of Material Requisitions (MRs) and Technical Bid\nEvaluations (TBEs).<\/span><\/span> Review and approve vendor data, drawings, and\ncalculations to ensure seamless integration into the overall plant design.<\/span><\/span> Expedite vendor deliverables to prevent engineering\nholds and support project schedule critical paths.<\/span><\/span> Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and\ninspection alignments at vendor facilities.<\/span><\/span> Bridge the gap between home office engineering and\nthe site construction team, resolving Constructability and Field Engineering\nQueries (FEQs).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the transition of engineering data to\nconstruction, pre\-commissioning, and commissioning phases.<\/span><\/span> Provide on\-site engineering support to resolve\nclashes, material shortages, or modification needs during installation. <\/span><\/span>Identify, mitigate, and report project risks\nand variations to Project Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
