Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant engineering qualifications are welcome to apply.

Position: Project Engineer
Location: Around Singapore
Salary: Up to $5000 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and project requirements
• Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and project documentation
• Prepare and submit technical drawings, method statements, and project proposals
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve project issues
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations
• Ensure construction works comply with contractual, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Support cost-effective construction methods and resource utilization
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site
• • Participate in value engineering initiatives and continuous project improvements
• • Perform other project-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognised by PEB
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in construction projects would be advantageous
• Knowledge of road, bridge, sewer, water, tunnelling, pipe laying, or demolition works is an advantage
• Open to travelling to the different site locations
• Experience leading site teams or subcontractors is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently
• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification recognised in Malaysia will be an added advantage
