Job Summary

Lead the implementation and completion of construction projects by managing cost, time, quality, and site operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects to achieve completion within scheduled cost, time, and quality targets
• Plan daily construction site operations including cost control, shop drawing submission, and approval processes
• Supervise site teams to enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, consultants, authorities, and sub-contractors to facilitate project progress

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience working on General Building Construction Projects
