Project Engineer

A Project Engineer responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of civil/site, landscape design, linear and some water/wastewater projects. Preparing and reviewing plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates related to projects. Your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and project management skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • PE licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire preferred.
  • Municipal experience preferred.
  • Landscape design experience with planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, and other similar project types.
  • Valid driver's license.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop the project scope and fee for services and assist the project team in communicating with the client and meeting contractual obligations to move a project forward.
  • Design and maintain ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination of the project with local, state, and federal officials, and other outside agencies.
  • Landscape design experience with planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, and other similar project types.
  • Supervise the work of technical support personnel assigned to the project.
Pay: $100K - $120K
