| JOB SUMMARY |
- Assist Project Managers with construction design changes, progress, and updates.

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management (or similar field) or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
- Previous experience in electrical construction is preferred.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
|
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Must have a working knowledge of job cost tracking.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules.
- Computer skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of document controls.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Track construction contract design changes and updates
- Track project construction progress in addition to tracking job costs
- Read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules
- Coordinate design changes within construction team
- Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order logs
- Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule
- Assist with development and maintenance of submittals log and RFI logs
- Assist with project submittals and submit written RFIs to client
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
