About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Fixed Term (August 2026 – January 2027) Project Executive to support on RIVALS, Unilever’s Sport vs Sport platform with a specific focus on project management & team support across the athlete workstreams.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and dynamic, possessing a culture-driven mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. They are expected to bring their unique skill set and solution focused thinking to the role, always eager to learn and committed to going the extra mile to achieve results.
This role has exposure to one of the largest integrated projects in Australia across sport, culture and entertainment partnerships, creative campaigns, digital, social, event activations, and hospitality, and reports into the RIVALS Project Director.
What we’re looking for:
A team player who is solutions focused with a keen attention to detail. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and the confidence to provide action lists & deadlines across Snr members of the delivery team, suppliers, stakeholders and clients confidentially.
We’re after someone who:
- Has 2+ years’ work experience in marketing, events, partnerships or talent management, ideally in a client service/account executive role
- Has a solution-focused attitude and is keen to make things happen
- Is proficient in creating and presenting decks in PowerPoint & strong Microsoft skill set
- Is passionate about sport and entertainment, ideally with strong knowledge of Australian sports & top athletes
- Is collaborative in nature, with a “no job is too small” attitude
- Has experience in managing and maintaining budgets, finance systems and admin
- Has exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong eye for & attention to detail
- Open to travel as per Project requirements over weekends - TBC
What you’ll do:
- Support the RIVALS Project Director in all aspects of project management, including status calls, agendas, status tracker and contact reports
- Handle finance admin, onboarding & facilitation of payment of suppliers & budget trackers
- Assist in the development of briefing presentations for clients and suppliers
- Brief our creative team on design concepts to support design elements
- Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors as required
- Liaise with clients, production and events teams and talent managers on locations and schedules
- Work into project timelines, budgets, briefs and project statuses across multiple workstreams
- Collate evidence and data to feed into a comprehensive post-event wrap report
