Project Executive (Healthcare Programme) – 6 Months Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the implementation of a healthcare-related programme. This role involves coordinating stakeholders, supporting operational activities, managing programme logistics and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of project initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in programme coordination, operations support, administration, healthcare services, community programmes or project administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme activities and operational deployment
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
  • Support participant registration, onboarding and engagement activities
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics planning and administrative coordination
  • Monitor programme activities and maintain accurate records
  • Support data collection, reporting and documentation processes
  • Coordinate with service providers and external partners where required
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in programme coordination, project support, operations, administration or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Salary up to $15/hour (approximately $2,730/month)
