Project Executive (Healthcare Programme) – 6 Months Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the implementation of a healthcare-related programme. This role involves coordinating stakeholders, supporting operational activities, managing programme logistics and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of project initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in programme coordination, operations support, administration, healthcare services, community programmes or project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme activities and operational deployment
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Support participant registration, onboarding and engagement activities
- Assist with scheduling, logistics planning and administrative coordination
- Monitor programme activities and maintain accurate records
- Support data collection, reporting and documentation processes
- Coordinate with service providers and external partners where required
- Provide general administrative support to the project team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Experience in programme coordination, project support, operations, administration or stakeholder engagement
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Salary up to $15/hour (approximately $2,730/month)
