PROJECT EXECUTIVE (REGISTRATION) (TEMPORARY CONTRACT FROM SEP 2026 UNTIL END MAY 2027)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing online and onsite event registration platforms including setup, testing and troubleshooting.
- Process registrations, confirm payments and maintain accurate attendee records.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to validate participant data.
- Handle delegate inquiries and provide timely assistance via email, phone or messaging platforms.
- Prepare and issue registration materials, badges, tickets and access passes.
- Support onsite registration operations including staffing, equipment setup and queue management.
- Generate reports on registration numbers, attendance metrics and post-event analysis.
- Assist in managing VIPs, speakers and sponsors with special registration needs.
- Ensure GDPR or data privacy compliance in handling personal data.
- Contribute to improving the overall registration and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in business, events management or related field.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Prior experience in event registration, customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with event registration software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Willingness to work extended hours during event periods.
