We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Finishes Engineer to join our team and oversee the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and fittings.
* Ensure finishing works meet quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve finishing defects or quality issues.
* Monitor project progress and ensure finishing works are completed within schedule and budget.
* Prepare site reports, snag lists, and progress updates.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 3+ years experience in construction finishing works or site engineering.
* Strong knowledge of construction finishing materials and techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Strong attention to detail and quality control.
