Project in Charge- MEP Projects
Key Responsibilities: \n Project Planning & Scheduling

\u2022 Prepare MEP execution strategies, work breakdown structures, and project timelines. \n\u2022 Coordinate with architects, civil teams, consultants, and clients. \n\u2022 Conduct resource planning for materials, labor, and equipment. \n Site Execution & Supervision \n\u2022 Supervise day\-to\-day MEP activities on site (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.). \n\u2022 Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications. \n\u2022 Interface with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution. \n Quality Assurance & Control \n\u2022 Implement QA/QC procedures related to MEP works. \n\u2022 Review and approve method statements, checklists, and test reports. \n\u2022 Ensure third\-party inspections and approvals are in place. \n Testing & Commissioning \n\u2022 Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. \n\u2022 Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with OEMs/vendors if needed. \n Progress Monitoring & Reporting \n\u2022 Maintain daily/weekly progress reports. \n\u2022 Monitor cost, schedule, and scope performance. \n\u2022 Prepare billing and work measurement documentation. \n Health, Safety & Compliance \n\u2022 Ensure adherence to HSE protocols. \n\u2022 Conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections related to MEP works. \n \n Qualifications & Experience: \n\u2022 Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. \n\u2022 Experience: 7\u201315 years in managing MEP works in mid to large\-scale construction projects. \n\u2022 Technical Skills: \no Proficiency in reading MEP drawings (AutoCAD, preferred) \no Understanding of NBC, BIS, IS Codes, and local compliance \no Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) \n\u2022 Location Preference: Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Patna.
