Broadridge is Hiring! We are looking for a motivated Project Lead with a Tax Services background to join our team, which services high-profile clients, mainly Brokers & Dealers, custodians, and Banks, for their tax reporting needs. Broadridge is modernizing its Tax reporting services so PM candidates will be exposed to high visibility conversion projects with very aggressive timelines. A candidate will support the client migration to new applications while supporting clients on legacy applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project lifecycle and delivery for multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report to executive level leadership
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to communicate to Development, QA, and UAT teams
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written forms in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Manage timelines and capacity across multiple team, for multiple projects.
  • Take ownership of the overall project plan, managing to milestones to track progress, budget, and client temperature
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Business/Functional/technical Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • SDLC Process management skills and JIRA experience

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
