Project Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Lead to oversee project execution and business development activities.

The role involves managing project timelines, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery while serving as the main liaison between OEM partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and completion activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and stakeholders.
  • Support business growth initiatives and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure effective follow-up actions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues proactively, and implement timely solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers when required.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and sales activity timelines.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and product introductions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
  • Travel within the region may be required based on business needs

Requirements &Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Candidates with relevant project coordination, leadership, or business development experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively across different situations and environments.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with inventory management systems/software such as MYOB or RFID systems will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
