Project Management Consultant

Your Activities

  • Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team.
  • Successfully organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes.
  • Support the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules.
  • Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
  • Support in the formation of a junior talent.

What do we ask of you?

  • Background in the following areas: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Office and Residential Developments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with scheduling software.
  • Proficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification, quantification, response, and control related to the master schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
  • Availability for national business travel.
  • Available as a consultant in Partita Iva
