Project Management Consultant
Your Activities
- Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team.
- Successfully organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes.
- Support the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules.
- Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
- Support in the formation of a junior talent.
What do we ask of you?
- Background in the following areas: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Hospitality, Office and Residential Developments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with scheduling software.
- Proficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools.
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification, quantification, response, and control related to the master schedule.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
- Availability for national business travel.
