Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Evaluates manufacturing processes by\nconducting manufacturing feasibility study<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Oversee\n project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement for\n sheet metal components like fabrication, tooling, and assembly.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n with clients, engineers, suppliers, and production teams to meet\n specifications, resolve issues, and ensure quality compliance (e.g., ISO\n standards).
    <\/li>
  • Monitor\n costs, timelines, and risks; conduct reviews, audits, and reporting for\n stakeholders.
    <\/li>
  • Develop\n detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) for fabrication stages (cutting,\n punching, bending, welding, finishing)
    <\/li>
  • Liaise\n with the procurement team for raw material (CRCA, Stainless Steel, Aluminium)\n and coordinate with the production floor to manage machine uptime.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\nregular progress updates to clients and internal leadership; manage New Product\nDevelopment (NPD) cycles
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Keeps equipment operational by coordinating\nmaintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and\nestablished procedures; requesting special service<\/span>

      <\/span>Education and experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Diploma (Polytechnic/NTTF/GTTC) or\nBE/B Tech in Mechanical with 6\-8 years\u2019 experience in <\/span>sheet metal\nfabrication, preferred are\nfrom Marine/Aerospace industry or low batch production environment<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 6\-8 years of <\/span>Proficiency\nwith Fiber Lasers, Press Brakes and MIG/TIG/SAW welding, AWS Procedures is must<\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient in Computer skills in MS\nOffice and analytical applications<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in effective usage of\ndata analysis, tools and statistical analysis<\/span>
