a.Department development

i. Working with Reporting Officer on training and management of the operations/events department

ii. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the operations/event department to ensure smooth progress

iii. Supervising staff from the operations/event department and provide constructive feedback

b. Event Management

i. Liaising with clients on all events matter

ii. Liaising with suppliers on all events matter

iii. Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities

iv. Monitoring event revenue margins

c. Procurement

i. To introduce new vendors and maintain good relationships with vendors

ii. To ensure that choices of vendors are to the best benefit of the Company

d. Client development

i. Take care of existing and potential clients and ensure that their event needs are fulfilled

ii. To chart and plan for account development

e. Administrative works
