Job Description

This role is designed to be at the heart of our workflow and requires you to be savvy with large-scale coordination and management of technical projects throughout its life cycle. To be successful in this role you must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with ease.


Key Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects across multiple squads.
  • Build, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Review and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, aligned to project objectives, and ready for technical execution.
  • Work closely with development teams, BAs, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured delivery plans and actionable technical discussions.
  • Drive project execution across the full lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, UAT, release, and closure.
  • Assess scope, schedule, dependencies, quality, and risks continuously, and make the necessary delivery adjustments to keep projects under control.
  • Identify blockers and project risks early, resolve where possible, and escalate appropriately when required.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder alignment across geographically distributed teams spanning 4 countries/time zones.
  • Lead project governance through clear reporting, milestone tracking, status updates, and delivery transparency.
  • Drive accountability across squads and foster a collaborative, delivery-focused culture that keeps teams aligned and moving.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within technical or software delivery environments, with a proven track record of owning and delivering projects end to end.
  • Strong experience working directly with engineering/development teams, not just coordinating updates between teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, including dependencies across squads and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments, with practical involvement in sprint planning, backlog discussions, daily stand-ups, and delivery tracking.
  • Strong practical understanding of Scrum, with the ability to independently lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Previous Business Analyst experience is highly valued, especially where it involved requirement validation, scope clarification, and working closely with technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or IT
  • Candidates with project management qualifications and certifications will be given a strong preference.
  • Ability to adapt to change, embrace new ideas, and think creatively.
  • Proven understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies

Technical Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with technical teams and understanding technical project delivery flows.
  • Strong practical understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of project management processes, controls, and tools including Jira, Confluence, Monday, Miro, and similar platforms.
  • Comfortable managing project plans, milestones, RAID items, delivery reporting, and cross-team dependencies.
