Job Summary

Manage client relationships and lead project execution to deliver web solutions on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Websparks clients and all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly and efficiently
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget by monitoring progress and mitigating risks
  • Develop detailed project scopes and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and assessing technical feasibility
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and project tracking

Required competencies and certifications

  • Project Management certifications such as PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications
  • Ability to apply technology knowledge and familiarity with internet technologies and website operations to support project delivery
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in project execution and documentation
  • Customer service mindset with a strong understanding of client needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Digital Media, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies including C#, PHP, CSS, CSS3, HTML, HTML5, jQuery, ActionScript, and AJAX
  • Experience with website creation and maintenance tools
  • Experience working on government-related projects
