  • Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants, designers, and contractors, to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Providing clear and proactive reporting to Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, including performance insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted, and long-term relationships.
  • Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities for repeat work and promoting AtkinsRéalis’ capabilities.

About you

  • We are looking for motivated and collaborative professionals who combine strong project delivery skills with commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proven experience delivering projects within one or more of our key growth sectors.
  • A strong understanding of project controls, assurance, and risk management, with a proactive and structured approach.
  • Sound commercial awareness, including experience in fee management and financial reporting.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard contracts, particularly NEC3/NEC4 and/or bespoke contract forms, and experience in their application.
  • Confidence in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Professional accreditation or working towards, such as MAPM, MICE, PMQ or equivalent.
