The\nProject Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful\ncompletion of assigned projects. This role requires strong problem\-solving\nabilities and a commitment to following instructions to achieve the best\noutcomes. We are looking for a versatile and detail\-focused team player who\nexcels at multitasking, consistently produces high\-quality work, and meets\ndeadlines reliably.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead\nand manage BIM\-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project\ntimelines, budgets, and quality standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise\nand support the MEP BIM team, providing training, resolving technical issues,\nand optimizing workflows.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nwith clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure\ndeliverables meet expectations.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement\nand maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution\nPlans (BEP) and industry standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay\nupdated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and promoting\ncontinuous learning within the team<\/span>

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>B.Tech/M\nTech in Mechanical Engineering.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>8\-10\nyears of relevant work experience.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient\nin AutoCAD, Revit and any other BIM software<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Team\nplayer with strong communication skills in English.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proactive\nin associating with managers, leads and achieving specified work targets<\/span>
<\/p>
