Job Summary

Lead and manage construction, renovation, and M&E projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and cost control while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee construction, renovation, and M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and project budgets independently to support project planning and execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, quality, safety, and costs to meet project objectives
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project operations
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and manage site operations to optimize resource use and project timelines
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly during project execution to minimize delays
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts for accurate project documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business development and repeat engagements

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (required for site visits and project coordination)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and relevant project management software to prepare project documentation and drawings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • Proven experience managing construction, renovation, or M&E projects with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, renovation works, and building services to guide project execution
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety requirements, and project execution processes
  • Experience in client management and business development to enhance project acquisition and client satisfaction
  • Ability to prepare quotations and cost calculations independently to support project proposals
  • Capability to manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
  • Strong communication and business negotiation skills to maintain client relationships and secure contracts
