Project Manager

You will lead and deliver full life cycle technology projects. You will plan and control timelines, budgets, and risks, and manage customer interactions. You will produce and approve project documentation, coordinate project teams and stakeholders, ensure task quality and timely delivery, and prepare presentations and performance reports with recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full life cycle projects

• Manage customer interactions, expectations, and feedback
• Develop and approve project documentation including plans and technical documentation
• Manage and coordinate project teams and stakeholders
• Manage tasks with attention to quality and deadlines and accept results
• Prepare presentation and reporting materials and provide performance analysis and recommendations

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience managing technology projects
• Knowledge and experience in the fintech and cryptocurrency industry
• Strong communication and organisational skills for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong process orientation and solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Operational and analytical mindset with ability for continuous improvement
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• PMI certification (preferred)
