You will\nbe responsible for the end\-to\-end lifecycle of our projects, from initial\nplanning and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development to final handover. This\nrole requires a blend of "boots\-on\-the\-ground" construction knowledge\nand high\-level digital proficiency to streamline our workflows.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Planning\n& Structuring:<\/b> Develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown\nStructure (WBS)<\/b> to ensure project scope is clearly defined and manageable.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Stakeholder\nManagement:<\/b> Act as the central hub for communication between clients, site\nsupervisors, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure all parties are aligned on\ntimelines and expectations.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Schedule\n& Budget Oversight:<\/b> Monitor project milestones and financial health.\nProactively identify variances and implement corrective actions.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Resource\nCoordination:<\/b> Manage the deployment of materials, equipment, and labor to\nmaximize site productivity.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Compliance\n& Safety:<\/b> Ensure all project activities adhere to industry regulations,\nbuilding codes, and safety standards.

Technical Requirements &\nSkills<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Construction\nExpertise:<\/b> 2\u20133 years of experience managing physical construction projects\n(residential, commercial, or industrial).
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Project\nManagement Tech:<\/b> Advanced proficiency in digital project management\ntools<\/b>. You should be comfortable navigating platforms for:
<\/p>
o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Critical\nPath Method (CPM) scheduling.
<\/p>
o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Document\ncontrol and RFI tracking.
<\/p>
o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Cloud\-based\nfield reporting and photo documentation.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Data\nLiteracy:<\/b> Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and digital BIM\nmodels.
