Project Manager (Copilot Deployment) | Contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI-driven workplace productivity transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot deployments and enterprise change management within the banking sector, ensuring successful adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation initiatives focused on workplace productivity and enterprise adoption
• Manage Microsoft Copilot deployments including implementation, governance, and change management strategies
• Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and vendors
• Oversee project planning, risk management, and reporting to ensure delivery excellence
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance frameworks in banking environments
• Promote user adoption through effective communication, training, and productivity enablement

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• 6+ years of Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services
• Experience managing Microsoft Copilot implementation, adoption, governance, and business transformation initiatives
• Excellent understanding of Generative AI, M365 ecosystem, security, compliance, and user adoption strategies
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
• Solid project planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
