We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia!
As Project Manager in the Product Design & Engineering team you will drive product development activities for infrastructure solutions including LV/MV power distribution, UPS systems, energy storage, prefabricated power modules, and integrated cooling architectures. Acting as the technical coordination point, the role translates system requirements into executable project plans, controls technical changes, manages dependencies, and ensures compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards. The Project Manager provides clear technical and programmatic visibility to stakeholders while ensuring predictable delivery of scalable, high availability data center infrastructure.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Owns execution of complex data center infrastructure products across the full lifecycle, with emphasis on AI architecture.
- Leads and coordinates multidisciplinary technical teams, providing day to day technical direction across system architecture, detailed engineering, manufacturing readiness, and deployment.
- NPDI / NPI governance applies to manage scope, schedule, cost, and technical maturity from concept through release and delivery.
- Manages technical interfaces and dependencies across LV/MV power systems, UPS, energy storage, prefabricated power modules, and advanced cooling technologies.
- Controls project and product cost (materials, labor, engineering effort), enabling accurate forecasting, prioritization, and resource planning.
- Maintains integrated schedules and critical path ownership, ensuring alignment of engineering deliverables with manufacturing and site execution.
- Identifies and mitigates technical, schedule, and execution risks, including those related to high power density, thermal performance, and system integration.
- Ensures compliance with product safety, environmental, regulatory, and internal quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provides clear technical and execution visibility to senior stakeholders and PMO leadership to ensure predictable delivery.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering with preference in Mechanical or Electrical
- At least 5 years of previous working experience on similar projects, ideally in the Datacenter domain
- Good knowledge of engineering (Electrical engineering, Automation, Structural design, Thermodynamics and refrigeration principles) and manufacturing procedures is essential.
- Knowledge of accounting, purchasing and computer operations is helpful.
- Knowledge of project management tools, PMP Certification is ideal
- English – Advanced level – written and spoken
- A high level of motivation combined with leadership abilities is required
- Competence: result-oriented, team player, careful to details, flexible
