Job Title: Project Manager – IBMS (Data Center)

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – IBMS with a strong background in Data Center projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end execution of IBMS-related systems, including CFS , IBMS, BMS ,security, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS projects in Data Center environments
  • Handle installation, integration, and commissioning of:
    • IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems)
    • CFS (Fire Systems)
    • CCTV (Surveillance Systems)
    • BMS
  • Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality norms
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and execution partners
  • Handle project documentation, billing, and closure activities

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in IBMS / ELV project execution
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Data Center projects (mandatory)
  • Strong technical expertise in IBMS, Fire Systems (CFS),BMS and CCTV
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management & client coordination, vendor management .
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and site teams
  • Good communication and client handling skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with large-scale Data Center or critical infrastructure projects
  • PMP/Project Management certification (added advantage)

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.
  • Complete project site role.
